We email within a working day with a crating date.

Crated
Foam cut to the object, in a box or a made-to-measure crate. Free over €600.

Shipped
Parcel courier for small pieces, two-person courier for anything over 30 kg.

Delivered
Carried in and unpacked for large pieces. Insured until it’s on your floor.

Returns
Fourteen days to change your mind.
If an object isn’t right for the room, send it back in its crate within 14 days. We collect, check it and refund the price. You pay the return courier.
